Billing Data Analyst Responsibilities:
· Prepare and present analytical reports
· Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions on multiple methods of payments
· Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
· To deal with finance data and map it up with the backend numbers
· Analysis of different reports and highlighting the errors.
· Future forecasting subscriptions.
· Compiling reports for senior management.
· Assist with billing accounts reconciliations
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing data accuracy
· Different day-to-day tasks.
· Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues
