Bid Expert Public Sector Partnerships manages and optimizes the bid and tendering process for government and INGO projects within the Public Sector Partnerships Department at JazzCash. This role requires a strategic approach to securing high-value public sector contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and driving revenue growth through successful bid submissions. You will work closely with internal teams, including product, technology, legal, and finance, to develop competitive proposals and execute winning strategies.

What does Bid Expert Public Sector Partnerships do?

• · Bid & Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end process of preparing, submitting, and securing government and INGO tenders, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
• · Strategic Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling bid proposals, aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.
• · Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with government entities, INGOs, and other public sector stakeholders to advocate for JazzCash solutions and explore new opportunities.
• · Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory requirements to enhance the effectiveness of bid submissions.
• · Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all bid submissions comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards while maintaining comprehensive documentation for audits and reporting.
• · Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track bid success rates, project performance, and revenue impact.

• · Process Optimization: Continuously improve bid management workflows, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it take to be a Bid Expert Public Sector Partnerships?

• · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
• · Experience: Prior experience in bid management, public sector partnerships, or government tenders is preferred. Familiarity with fintech and banking sectors is a plus.
• · Technical Competence: Strong business analytics, research, and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
• · Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital payment solutions such as Collections, Disbursements, and Payment Gateways.
• · Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships with government agencies, INGOs, and internal cross-functional teams.
• · Compliance & Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of public procurement regulations, contract management, and financial governance in the public sector.
