Opened Position: Business Development Executive



Job Description:


We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Executive to support our business development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our services and schedule meetings.


  • Maintain a schedule of meetings and follow-ups, ensuring all appointments are well-coordinated.


  • Prepare and customize proposals based on client requirements and business needs.


  • Handle and organize all relevant paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and client records.


  • Serve as a point of contact for client queries and ensure timely responses.


  • Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.


  • Assist in generating reports on client interactions, meetings, and business development activities.


  • Coordinate with other departments to gather information needed for proposals and client meetings.


  • Assist in organizing business events, meetings, and presentations.


Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.


  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.


  • Experience in relevant field is a plus (internships / part time / full time)

Experience: Fresh to 1 year
Qualification: BBA 
Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Work Days: Monday-Friday
Location: Karachi
