We are seeking a creative and motivated Associate UI/UX Designer to join Reloadux Studio. The ideal candidate will assist in the design process, contribute innovative ideas, and add value to our projects. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating research boards, user personas, and User Flow
Be able to create Figma Variables & keep the design file organized.
Create Design Documentation & communicate the design process followed in project.
Differentiate and practice principles of UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) design.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
Document design processes, incorporate feedback, and refine designs iteratively.
Conduct research to stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
RequirementsUIUX Designer with 1 year of experience.
Minimum Skillset Requirements:
UI/UX Basics: Knowledge of foundational UI/UX principles and the ability to distinguish between the two.
Know the tools like Figma, Adobe XD or similar platforms.
Should know how to create Figma Variables.
Should be able to create Moodboard & have a clean figma file
A keen interest in emerging design trends, tools, and techniques.
