Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Associate User Experience and Innovation (UXI) Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the User Experience and Innovation team to set design trends, pioneer new methodologies, and drive design strategies through user research. Job Responsibilities:
Visual Design & Innovation:
- Develop creative and visually appealing designs that enhance CureMD’s digital presence and align with industry trends.
- Participate in design initiatives and campaigns, ensuring that visual assets meet aesthetic standards and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to new approaches in interaction design to improve user experiences across various platforms and devices.
User Research & Strategy:
- Utilize user research to guide design decisions, ensuring user needs are considered in all design work.
- Collaborate with team members to stay updated on industry trends and integrate insights from user research.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business objectives into user-centered design solutions.
Prototyping & Testing:
- Create and test prototypes to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interactions.
- Assist in usability testing sessions and contribute to deriving actionable insights from testing data.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest prototyping tools and help improve testing methods.
Information Architecture & Content Presentation:
- Assist in organizing information architecture to ensure intuitive structure and content flow across platforms.
- Contribute to the development of approaches for presenting content in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ensure designs promote accessibility and inclusivity for diverse audiences.
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the design team, ensuring effective communication across functions.
- Support senior designers and team leads in aligning design work with business goals and timelines.
- Assist with day-to-day project management and ensure design deliverables meet deadlines and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles and user-centered design.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in relevant design tools or methodologies are a plus.
- Experience or interest in the IT healthcare domain is preferred.
