Associate Technical Consultant

As an Associate Technical Consultant at Inbox Business Technologies, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by analyzing their technical requirements and delivering tailored solutions. You will work collaboratively with senior consultants and clients to analyze existing systems and processes, document findings, and recommend improvements. Your contributions will directly impact project outcomes, client satisfaction, and overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting technical assessments of clients' systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document technical processes, system configurations, and workflows clearly and concisely.
• Support the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Participate in client meetings to present findings and recommendations, building effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to better advise clients on potential enhancements.
• The selected candidate will work closely with senior developers and functional teams to design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Reports.
• The resource will also troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration with Oracle EBS modules.
• Proficiency in Java or PL/SQL (even at a basic level).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Awareness of application development cycles, from gathering requirements to deployment.
