Job Overview:


As an Associate in the Talent Engagement department within our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and nurturing top-tier talent. You will collaborate closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, all aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience and promoting a thriving workplace culture.


Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the recruitment process by organizing Job Fairs/Recruitment Drives. You'll contribute to ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Play a crucial part in the onboarding process, welcoming new employees and providing them with the necessary resources to integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to boost employee engagement, from organizing team-building activities to gathering and analyzing feedback to improve the work environment continuously.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports to provide valuable insights into HR metrics, aiding in decision-making and strategy development.
  • Stay informed about HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with regulations.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A genuine interest in employee engagement and talent development.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
