Job Overview:

Essential Job Responsibilities:                       


  • Analyze and manage salary data, including conducting salary surveys, market analysis and creating salary structures.
  • Assist in administering medical and absence programs, including monitoring employee eligibility and processing benefit enrollments and changes.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Preparation of HR reports and Workforce Analytics, including employee turnover, headcount, and other HR metrics.
  • Support the HR team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong grip on Microsoft excel
