On this journey, you will report to Manager, Controlling - Q-commerce
Job Description
- Prepare and manage monthly accrual accounting, ensuring all accruals are recorded accurately.
- Oversee General Ledger (GL) postings, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations to maintain financial integrity across entities.
- Prepare and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) postings, ensuring customer-level accounts are accurately maintained.
- Oversee the fixed assets register and lease accounting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Maintain financial records with precision, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all transactions.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA (qualified / finalist) or other relevant certification is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance (reputable firm preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
