Job Title: Associate Product Manager 


As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored presentations that highlight the practical advantages and competitive edge of GoSaaS solutions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, clear communication, and customer engagement skills to drive interest and adoption of our products.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct Product Demonstrations: Present virtual demonstrations of our Oracle Cloud offerings, clearly outlining features, functionalities, and business applications.
  • Engage Prospective Clients: Connect with potential clients to understand their specific challenges and requirements, answering questions and addressing concerns in real-time.
  • Tailor Messaging: Customize demonstrations based on the client’s industry, objectives, and technology stack to ensure a relevant and impactful presentation.
  • Stay Informed on Product Updates: Keep up to date on Oracle Cloud product advancements and GoSaaS service offerings to ensure accurate, current demonstrations.
  • Provide Technical Insight: Simplify technical concepts to make them accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging gaps in understanding.
  • Gather Client Feedback: Collect insights on client reactions and questions to refine future demonstrations and provide input to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Manage Demo Environments: Set up and maintain the technical environment needed for product demonstrations, ensuring optimal functionality and readiness.

Qualifications


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Management or related field
  • Background in Product Demonstrations or experience in sales engineering, customer engagement, or a similar role involving product presentations
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of cloud-based platforms and an ability to translate technical details into meaningful benefits for customers
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and confidently communicate product value to a diverse audience, both in person and virtually
  • Client-Centric Approach: Skilled in listening to client needs, addressing concerns, and offering tailored product insights
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and adjusting to different client types, industries, and schedules
  • Availability: Willingness to work in the Pacific Time Zone
