Job Overview:
CureMD is seeking a driven and skilled Associate Manager for our DevOps team. This role will combine both hands-on technical expertise with managerial responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our DevOps infrastructure. As an Associate Manager, you will oversee the DevOps team’s day-to-day operations, work closely with senior leadership to align technical efforts with business objectives, and ensure high system availability and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the DevOps team in the deployment, automation, monitoring, and performance optimization of application infrastructure.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and IT, to deliver a seamless DevOps experience.
Assist in strategic planning for infrastructure scaling, capacity, and deployment strategies.
Ensure compliance with best practices for automation, security, and system performance.
Provide technical guidance to team members, helping to resolve complex issues and ensuring adherence to DevOps best practices.
Manage team priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in alignment with company goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with DevOps technologies, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
Hands-on experience with source control tools (Git, SVN, Team Foundation Server) and deployment management tools (Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, Bamboo).
Strong understanding of network protocols, load balancing, DNS, SSL, and security best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management and deployment automation
