Job Role / ResponsibilitiesYou will be accountable for the complete employee lifecycle, end-to-end hiring and onboarding of employees, which includes, but not limited to, carry out sourcing against various roles, plan and execute the selection process, prepare and place employment offers, ensure a smooth onboarding experience of candidates and completion of employee records and related formalities. You will provide HR advisory to the assigned departments for all their needs related to workforce management.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- understand the role against which sourcing process needs to be carried out from the business and source using optimum channels to ensure efficiency while ensuring quality of profiles sources
- effectively plan and execute the selection process according to the requirements
- prepare and place offers to selected candidates, ensuring that the offers are market competitive while internal equity remains unaffected
- carry out entire onboarding process in an effective and professional manner to enhance candidate experience and employer brand
- complete the post-joining formalities for all hiring and comply with requirements related to employee records (both system-related and physical)
- provide support in coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed before joining of the candidate
- regularly meet the business and keep them informed for updates on recruitment and other HR activities
- ensure that contracts related to appointments, promotions, transfers, post-retirement, provision of allowance and other employment changes are timely prepared and served to employees
- provide support in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and practices framework of the organization
- gain insights into latest developments and market trends related to HR practices and business models, and recommend changes to the existing HR structure, policies and practices
- participate in departmental quality initiatives and projects, and add value to the assigned business and processes.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements
- at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Administrative Sciences, Psychology/Organizational Psychology/Psychology or equivalent
- at least two years of proven track record in provision of HR services in organizations of good repute
- ability to focus on priorities while managing tight deadlines to ensure that goals are timely met
- experience of efficiently carrying out HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee experience
- timely and professionally communicate well-articulated information with people at all levels, both written and verbally
- ability to maintain focus on own professional development and continuous improvement, in consultation with management
- proficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Office and various database and applicant tracking systems
- ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently and maintain optimum relationship with all stakeholders.
