Job Role / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this job is to work according to guidance of the Assistance Manager/Manager for the leasing of properties forOut reach diagnostic services/ Off Campus Hostels / Off Campus Office as well as renewals of the leases which expire throughout the year. Preparation of ROPs and follow up with finance. Providing solution for utilities related issues arising at labs from time to time.
