Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Work with Customers and teams to deliver our Display, Interactive, Sound, and Content services. Serve as a primary point of contact between for clients, building and maintaining strong long term relationship. Understand the client's requirements, expectations and pain points to deliver tailored solutions. Build and maintain Know Your Clients databases.
2. Account Planning and Strategy: Manage all aspects of daily Content and Channels work on website and applications. Get Content designed for customers in collaboration with Design team. Manage work related to VMX platform and hardware operations in collaboration with Technology and Ops team. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external reports on client interactions, service activities, clients insights for continuous improvements.
3. Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's services. Respond to support inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Provide regular updates to clients on product enhancements, and new features.
4. Sales: Develop account plans and strategies to achieve company goals. Identify opportunity to upsell or cross sell services for account growth and expansion. Work closely with sales team to renew license and secure clients loyalty.
Education:
Fresh Graduate with Bachelors Degree (No experience required; training will be provided)
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to absorb new information, ability to think and question
Good confidence, friendly nature, positive attitude, good work ethics
Be able to work individually, and as a team member
Good at planning, scheduling, and completing work on time and quality Ability to think analytically and desire to resolve issues
Proficient with use of computers, especially MS Word, PPT and Excel Fluency in English and Urdu written and verbal
Location: Tariq Road
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9AM - 6PM
