We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate BusinessAnalyst

Principal responsibilities

• Business Analysts (BA) operate across the Programme lifecycle and must be capable of undertaking various types of change delivery (including Agile and waterfall).
• Business Analysts works closely with Front Office, IT, Analytics (Quants) teams, Architects and fellow change team to deliver project/program as per organization processes on time.
• Stakeholder management works closely with Product Owners and executes test cases before presenting to relevant stakeholders.
• Gathers and details business requirements, supporting prioritisation and traceability. 
• Designs parts of a solution based on the business requirements. 
• Supports on planning a change approach, including considerations on how to manage impacts to the change audience (e.g. planning/ sequencing of change activities) 
• Supports change journey planning and highlights any risks and issues.
