LDP Logistics is currently seeking fresh and experienced professionals to fill the position of Associate - IT Support who is self motivated and looking forward to step up in their career and grow up in a dynamic and fast paced organization.
Incumbent must be able to perform following
Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues while guiding users on system and software usage.Configure and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and networks, ensuring optimal performance.Keep IT systems up-to-date with regular updates and patches, and monitor system efficiency.Play a crucial role in ongoing IT projects, ensuring timely completion of system upgrades and migrations.Provide training and guidance to employees, crafting user documentation and guides for effective IT system use.Manage and collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective delivery of IT solutions.Communicate with stakeholders, including employees and management, to align IT services with organizational goals.
