We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Information Lifecycle Management

Principal responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting ILM Operations Team, meeting with regional stakeholders to understand their operational requirements
• Support ILM Risk Senior Manager in providing Data Storage control Support to Business stakeholders
• Provide support for queries received through Jira service catalogue or mailboxes.
• Develop Standard Operational Procedures for all the operational activities
• Support Head of ILM with providing SME knowledge on MI related to Data Retention policies, procedures and regulations to Global Businesses & Functions as well as Internal colleagues relating to Information and Monthly Meeting packs.
• Responsible for the management of the ILM Operations Analyst in India including performance management and development of team members.
• Supports Head of ILM with the ongoing oversight of processes and identifying simplification opportunities.
• Represent Data Storage control team in Country and Regional governance forums
