The Assistant Manager - Visa Processing is responsible for overseeing the visa application process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing assistance to the Manager Visa team. This role requires a deep understanding of visa regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Oversee the end-to-end visa application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
2.Review and process visa applications in accordance with the Australia’s regulations and policies.
3.Monitor application progress and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
4.Assist in managing the visa processing team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
5.Ensure all visa applications comply with relevant immigration laws and regulations.
6.Inputting applicant information into databases or software systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
7.Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and processing activities.
8.Identify opportunities to streamline the visa processing workflow to improve efficiency.
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education)
2.Experience: 1.5-3 years of experience in visa processing or a related field
3.Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and immigration laws for relevant countries.
