About the job Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition with 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent, and contributing to our company's growth by ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
