1. Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients for liner trade services while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to
formulate effective sales strategies.
3. Achieve a gross profit of at least 3 time of monthly salary
4. Develop and maintain a substantial portfolio of potential customers for the company. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the senior management.
5.Coordinate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure seamless delivery of
services.
6. Mentor junior sales staff, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to improve overall team performance.
7. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance visibility and networking.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
BACHELORS DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
5-7 YEARS EXPERIENCE SALES IN SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
