Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively
  2. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive and strategic sales efforts
  3. Utilizing various methods for leads generation, including personal networks, client referrals, road running, and cold calling
  4. Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns promptly
  5. Proactively following up with clients for recommendations and referrals to expand the client base Meeting deadlines for regular and special tasks to ensure efficient sales operations
  6. Creating accurate and timely proposals for clients, reflecting a deep understanding of their requirements Maintaining a well-documented pipeline for leads and sales activities to track progress and optimize future strategies
  7. Actively participating in sales stand-up meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and contributing to team discussions

QUALIFICATIONS


  1. BE or BBA
  2. Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the solar energy industry
  3. At least 2 -3 years of experience will be required Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of solar energy industry trends and regulations

Other Details:
Experience: 2 years
Location: Clifton - Karachi
Timings: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Saturday HALF DAY)
