Main Function Responsibilities and Activities
Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the processes of the Safran IMS and ensure that the Quality System conforms to the established company, international and governmental regulatory standards and agency guidelines
Coordinate the acquisition and control of all system documents including internal and external (customer and 3rd party standards and technical data) and information
Coordinate the maintenance and management of all IMS documentation and Records
Coordinate with process owners the education and training of all employees in all related issues with the IMS (System and documents)
Implement and maintain IMS IS systems – ARIS, Sharepoint, etc.
Lead personnel on projects related to the improvement of the IMS Processes
Define, plan and perform internal audits as assigned in accordance to customers, regulatory standards and IMS requirements
Coordinate internal auditors for the successful performance of the audit plan, internal auditors competence improvement and IMS improvement based on auditing results
Coordinate internal Corrective and Preventive Action process, indicators and create plans to improve this process performance
Performs follow-up audit activities to assure the timely implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken
Coordinate the answer to corrective actions for non-conformances found during IMS audits (2nd & 3rd Parties)
Provide support and input to the Management Reviews

MS Office and planning tools proficiency
Manufacturing environment related skills
Aerospace requirements knowledge
FAI, PFMEA and Process Control Plan tools knowledge
French as an additional language is desirable
