Assistant Manager KDW Retail Projects

Interwood Mobel is looking for an Assistant Manager for KDW Retail Projects to oversee and manage various retail projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer experience through effective project execution.

• Responsible for managing and interacting with incoming clients.
• Conduct site visits for orders of Kitchens, doors and wardrobes at three key stages: prior to designing the proposal, during installation, and after installation to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate site-related activities, including verification, point marking, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and installation, with the relevant site teams.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to address any pending civil work on clients’ projects.
• Monitor and follow up on client deliveries, payments, and receivables to maintain project timelines.
• Provide comprehensive order details to the design department and coordinate with them to ensure accurate and timely execution of quotations, orders, and revisions.
• Coordinate with the costing department to finalize pricing and cost-related matters.
• Review and validate quotations and drawings prepared by the technical department.
• Share progress reports with clients and architects every 15 days throughout the project.
• Drive continuous business development by identifying potential clients, conducting visits, and building a robust sales pipeline to achieve increased sales.
