If you are passionate about preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support the company’s growth and stability then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEOwnership for timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance, in accordance with IFRS and group reporting guidelines.Oversight of financial accounting and reporting systems.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors.Evaluate and analyse financial and non-financial key performance indicators and provide inputs / insights in this respect.Advise on technical accounting guidance and implementation of any new guidelines and standards.Liaise with stakeholders across different departments and with regional and global teams.Drive simplification and automation of systems and procedures for continuous improvement.Provide timely assistance and support for a variety of ad hoc initiatives /analysis.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is requiredMinimum 3 - 5 years of experiences in related areas SkillsVerbal and written communications skills to address a wide range of internal and external work levelsChange and project managementAbility to disseminate knowledge to other department membersAbility to foster excellent working relationships counterparts at all levelsStrong Analytical skillsGood organization and prioritizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsResilient with good negotiation skillsLeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
