Job Description

The pandas have embarked on an inspiring journey to serve “Meal for Every Table.” This adventure began in the bustling hub of our Delivery Heroes, Vendor Partners, Suppliers, Pandamarts, and Passionate Homechefs, all united by the dream of delivering joy through delicious food & more. Come onboard as a “Assistant Manager - Deals & Discounts” and play your part in the “Commercial Projects Domain.” 


On this journey, you will report to “Lead, Deal and Performance”


Your Responsibilities will include: 


  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and manage BPO performance to ensure daily efficiency.
  • Strategy Development: Develop innovative strategies for deals and discounts to drive conversions and work towards enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Implement new processes to increase BPO efficiency.
  • SOP Creation/Update: Update and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and improve performance.
  • Product and Optimization Focus: Collaborate with relevant teams to explore opportunities for automating manual tasks and optimizing operations to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis of deals post-implementation to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • System Proficiency: Stay updated with relevant systems and tools, ensuring a clear understanding of product functionalities and execution processes.

Qualifications

Your role in this journey requires the following: 


  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, with previous experience in operations management and strategy development, preferably in the e-commerce or related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and optimization initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant tools and systems.
  • Must be aware of tools:- (Tableau, Advance Excel, Gsheets) along with basic SQ.
