About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager Corporate Communications & PR to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Communications team, you'll play a vital role in devising and executing communication strategies to enhance Reckitt's corporate image via traditional and digital media.




Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:


  • Devise communication strategies to help enhance Reckitt’s corporate image
  • Explore new ideas and develop plans on helping brands unlock Purpose Leg with brand objectives aligned
  • Manage Social Media Content for Reckitt’s corporate initiatives
  • Interact with key stakeholders (i.e. Agencies, NGOs, Hospitals, Government officials, Global Corp Comms and PR Teams, Purpose Partners)
  • Managing and Tracking our on-going partnerships with UNHCR, WWF & other potential partners, ensuring operational excellence, regular connects and follow ups, brand placements and KPI tracking on the aligned deliverables
  • Manage influencer campaigns with brands as PR liaison with the agency
  • Evaluate periodic CSR partnerships
  • Prepare press releases and social media posts against executed initiatives and generate content for internal/external purposes as needed


The experience we're looking for

- Minimum 4 years experience in PR and communications field.
- Bachelor's degree level in a marketing-related subject from a recognized University.
- Extremely digital savvy, with great content writing and publishing skills.
- Proficient in presentations and operational tools, with a design and creative aesthetic.
