We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Assistant Director of Inbound Growth to spearhead our inbound marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive inbound marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our brand presence, generate demand, and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and implement a data-driven inbound marketing strategy to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and decrease customer acquisition cost and increase retention.
Organic Channel Management: Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, relevant content across various channels including blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and social media.
Paid Channel Management: Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert leads through effective use of marketing and other digital advertising efforts via automation tools, lead magnets, and targeted campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of inbound marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of inbound marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and drive cohesive growth strategies.
Budget Management: Oversee the inbound marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
