We are currently looking for an Applications Engineer to join our Cx DevOps team. Our primary focus is designing, developing, and maintaining tooling that is used to build, deploy, test, and deliver our solutions to the SaaS fleet. As an Applications Engineer focused on developer productivity and AI, you will play a key role in optimizing workflows and improving the efficiency of our development teams. You will work collaboratively to identify challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement/enhance tools that facilitate better collaboration and productivity. Additionally, your expertise in test automation will ensure our software meets the highest quality standards. We currently have teams primarily located in Canada, the U.S., and India.
