Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing application development projects. - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks used in application development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP or SAP CRM. - Experience in implementing security and compliance measures in application development. - Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years of fulltime education is required.15 years of fulltime education
