What is Analyst Procurement Operation Fulfilment?

This role is responsible for execution of transactional Procurement operations activities. This is a highly collaborative role that will require you to work closely with HQ functional teams to understand their needs and execute procurement operations accordingly.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Procurement Operations

What does Analyst Procurement Operation Fulfilment do?

• Execute transactional Procurement operations activities according to agreed policy & procedures.
• Working closely with HQ functional departments and resolve any queries or requests within the agreed SLAs.
• Generate purchase orders for approved purchase requisitions.
• Monthly & quarterly reporting related to Procurement operations.
• Maintain contract details in the contract repository.
• Pro-actively propose process/service improvement initiatives to line management highlighting benefits.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with a positive mindset who believes in collaboration with excellent communication skills with 0-2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, business administration, or accounting.
• Proactive, self-motivator, team player, works well with others.
• Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Clear understanding of customer centric approach.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
