JOB PURPOSE


The Assistant Manager Demand Fulfillment and Transformation Projects is a key enabler in the CD Transformation Ecosystem in CD Excellence who will be responsible for complete End to End Product Creation, Stakeholder Management, Pilot, Launch, Scale and Integration into various CD, Finance and Supply Chain systems and ways of working for numerous CD Transformation and Demand Fulfillment Projects. The resource will be leading the ideation and execution for this stream.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE


  • This role is responsible for end-to-end pilot project execution of future distribution models and demand fulfillment projects


  • Complete End to End Demand Fulfillment Product Management and planning.


  • Work on Product development, integration and execution for Demand Fulfillment Products (DDO) as well as relevant projects in DDT (Digitizing Distributive Trade).


  • This role shall work towards identifying opportunities for process optimizations and efficiency particularly in the Demand Fulfillment Space.


  • Lead Ideation, Design, Product and Execution for all Transformation Projects.


  • To drive and adopt best practices of the competition for the current Unilever business model. 


  • Lead complete Integration of Transformation Projects into overall organisation ways of working with close workstreams execution with Finance, Supply Chain.


  • Lead training, change management and socializing for all Transformation Projects across the CD Ecosystems.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED


Experiences & Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Development in FMCG industry – preferably in sales/ key account management


  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline


  • Embrace a high growth mindset, with strong love for consumers, shoppers and customers.


  • Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams.
