About the Role

As an AI Agent Solutions Engineer at Beam, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade AI agents tailored to address our customers' unique business challenges. You’ll partner directly with clients to discover their requirements, design customized solutions, and ensure the seamless implementation of AI agents, and collaborate with our product team to shape our strategic direction in the adoption of AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

Your work will involve both engineering excellence and close customer collaboration, bridging the gap between product and business strategy. The key responsibilities entail the following:

• Engage with stakeholders across various levels of the customer’s business, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess customer requirements and identify opportunities for automation with AI agents.
• Present tailored demonstrations of our AI agents, highlighting their capabilities and fit for the customer’s needs and improve business efficiency.
• Address technical challenges and collaborate with customer teams to resolve any obstacles in the implementation process.
• Ensure that AI agents are scalable, efficient, and fully integrated into the customer’s workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to scope, define, and implement new features that tackle innovation gaps and enhance the customer experience.
• Act as a strategic technical partner, advising customers on best practices, identifying opportunities for deeper AI integration that align with their long-term goals.
