Requirements


  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SAP or similar software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional coordination.
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations or industrial environments is an advantage.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities


  • Using digital systems and tools, maintain and update maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.
  • Assist in generating reports, including maintenance schedules, progress updates, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely documentation of completed tasks and outstanding work orders.
  • Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in maintenance-related systems, including SAP or equivalent platforms.
  • Maintained inventory records and liaised with the warehouse team to support the procurement of tools, spare parts, and materials for maintenance activities.
  • Manage communication and correspondence related to maintenance operations, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with vendors or contractors.
  • Monitor and update maintenance calendars and ensure alignment with operational needs.
  • Provide administrative support for budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing for maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, maintaining records of certifications, and supporting onboarding processes for maintenance staff.
