Job Description:
Were looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team from Pakistan and India! If youre organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a mix of online research, email follow-ups, phone calls, and general admin work, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Conduct online research and compile reports
Follow up on emails and manage correspondence
Handle administrative tasks related to other locations
Make phone calls and assist with scheduling
Support general office operations as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in email management and online research
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Experience with administrative tasks (preferred)
