We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant (AA) to support our Client and their team in day-to-day operations. The AA will play a key role in managing communication, client relations, scheduling, human resources, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


    • Communication: Manage company communication, including answering phones, responding to emails, coordinating schedules, and facilitating client interactions such as scheduling recycling pickups and drop-offs.
    • Email Management: Organize and monitor the company inbox, responding to inquiries, forwarding important messages, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
    • Client Relations: Engage professionally and warmly with clients, assisting them promptly and efficiently to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Scheduling: Oversee and coordinate the CEO's calendar, ensuring smooth time management for all company-related activities.
    • Finance Handling: Assist in processing invoices, tracking expenses, managing reimbursements, and maintaining financial records. Work closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
    • Administrative Work: Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and office supply management. Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining organized records and workflows.
    • Human Resources: Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting the team’s administrative needs.
