We are looking for an experienced and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Administrative Management:


  • Oversee daily office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
  • Ensure office supplies are well stocked and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize accurate records, reports, and other necessary documentation.

2. Facility Management:


  • Manage the upkeep and functionality of office facilities.
  • Coordinate with service providers for repairs, maintenance, and other facility needs.
  • Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and conducive to work productivity.

3. Vendor Management:


  • Act as the primary liaison with vendors and suppliers, managing contracts and procurement.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of quality services and products.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage renewals with suppliers.

4. Customer Relations:


  • Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company’s reputation.

5. Client Interaction:


  • Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
  • Support the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and detailed reports.
  • Organize and coordinate client meetings, maintaining open and effective communication channels.
