INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a iCSG Executive to join our International Corporate Service Group (iCSG). This role is pivotal in managing corporate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless ticketing and visa processes, facilitating smooth employee mobilization to global project locations, and maintaining compliance with travel policies and budgets. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating logistics, procurement, compliance, and administrative support while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and corporate standards. What You’ll Lead and Deliver
- Oversee administrative functions and front office operations across Nigeria, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Manage quarterly and annual budgeting, performance comparisons, and management reporting to drive operational improvements.
- Identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Handle staff medical and travel insurance, process claims, and ensure timely reimbursements.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, and extensions while optimizing costs and ensuring compliance with nationalization policies.
- Oversee travel arrangements, site-to-accommodation transport, and housing for employees and site engineers.
- Ensure timely renewals of legal documents, company registrations, and industry certifications.
- Manage vendor negotiations, oversee accounts, and coordinate shipments, customs clearances, and duty assessments.
- Develop expertise in import/export regulations and customs laws for Nigeria.
- Supervise office utilities, telecom services, and ensure timely payments and issue resolution.
- Maintain visa, travel guidelines, and compliance records, ensuring up-to-date master logs and SharePoint records.
- Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key administrative functions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance & Accounting (F&A), IT, and QHSE to ensure seamless operations and compliance with Nigerian Labor laws.
RequirementsTo Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, logistics, or administrative coordination.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration (BBA/MBA) or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and support global operations in a fast-paced environment.
