JOB PURPOSE
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is naturally curious and seeks out opportunities for big thinking, disrupting the status quo, and tackling the ever-changing landscape of snacking, dessert & consumer packaged goods.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITES BE
Own category forecasting and coordinate all supply chain matters
Manage NPI launches/re-launches check list (timing, allocation, stock delivery, Implementation)
Manage and monitor promotions (timing, allocation, stock delivery, execution), also evaluate key promotional activities
Monitor sales target and distributors’ stock
Control activities traffic
Update and review sales performance
Fully responsible for all communication to the field sales and across functions such as: Marketing, CMI, Finance for relevancy, accuracy, timing
Follow up product recall progress
Ensure stock availability for promoted/non-promoted items according to sales cycle brief and manage them fairly for field sales.
Trade Promotion & Custodian of trade term structure
Managing, reporting and phasing of Activity Network/ trade team structure
National & Regional Demand Planning Custodian
Locking targets with field team Quarterly
Monitoring of Achievement vs. Targets by Account & Geo
Ensuring Timely submission of monthly and quarterly sales
DBR Activity Submission
CCFOT Management by Region/Account
Following through weekly delivery (orders vs. forecast) with Field Teams
Co owning CCFOT KPI with CSD by timely addressing of possible loss reasons
Rationalizing customer/geography wise orders to ensure fair spread of stock
Ensuring SOP compliance for enabling CSD to deliver
Planning and implementing contingencies for covering delivery gaps
Region & Account Wise Review of CCFOT with Loss Tree Analysis
Formulating, adjusting & executing trade activities
Tactical TPR/ MT Off post to guard share/volume
Adjusting/Changing EDLP/Bonus structure/slabs to drive volume
DSR / Cash Memo incentive plans
Pre & Post OPSOs
Stock Coordination for OTIF with SC
Deep dive analysis region/town/distributor level for opportunity & crisis management
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Snacking industry is preferred
Skills
Proven ability to negotiate with customers and manage multiple stakeholders
High on objective rigor where efforts are focused towards a business target pegged to key priorities and market realities
Ability to stay up to date with technology globally and leverage it in their area
Strong analytical skills - ability to find business opportunities to improve efficiency
