Reporting & Analysis:
❖ Manage preparation and analysis of monthly P&L and cash flow summary for
relevant stakeholders including record keeping.
❖ Prepare and maintain record of CAPEX spend on all studios including
disbursement of funds. Support the expansion of business by analyzing Return
on Investment (ROI).
❖ Maintain and share daily revenue reports, including run rates for different
business lines to ensure the company is on track to meet its monthly targets.
❖ Forecast monthly profit based on run rates in coordination with business leads.
❖ Deep dive into financial data related to the company's variable cost and gross
profit margin including profit/loss from various business lines and programs.
❖ Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights on financial
performance and operational effectiveness. Prepare and present quarterly
financial results in town hall.
❖ Develop understanding of business and operations for updating financial model
from time to time. Manage budgets and financial forecasts to support business
growth plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Payroll Management:
❖ Prepare and process timely payroll for the company including variable
(instructors) payroll while ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
❖ Manage finances for smooth processing of payroll provided complete contracts
are available in record.
❖ Respond to and manage employee queries regarding payroll and share salary
slips upon request.
Compliance:
❖ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, preparation and submission of
monthly sales tax returns and withholding taxes.
❖ Coordinate with the company consultants for annual FBR and SECP compliance
in a timely manner.
❖ Coordinate with the company consultants for timely resolution of any notices from
government organizations
❖ Share tax certificates and CPRs with the relevant parties when requested.
Operational Controls:
- Conduct quarterly audits of all studios to ensure assets are accounted for and all
records are updated. This includes reporting changes in inventory to relevant
stakeholders. Update records over movement of inventory especially studio
equipment.
- Supervise cash flow management and cash collection at studios. Design and
implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective cash collection,
safe-keeping, and transfer to head office. Regularly audit and reconcile
branch-level cash transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage disbursement to different vendors and landlords on a weekly and
monthly basis including deduction and depositing of withholding tax.
- Monitor and report studio-level expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources
within monthly budgets.
- Record inventory and procurement processes for small revenue streams, such
as grip socks, wrist wraps, and gloves, prompting proper stock levels
