Job Role:
Responsibilities:- Manage the entire accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting for both trading and manufacturing companies.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.
- Reconcile bank statements, manage cash flows, and track expenses to ensure proper financial planning and control.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and tax regulations when handling US-based accounting processes.
- Use accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems to manage financial records and ensure smooth, automated operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and costing for manufacturing operations, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in trading or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Tally and QuickBooks; knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience handling US-based accounting processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Timings: 9 AM - 6 AM
