Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Treasury you will be responsible for compliance with banking requirements, funds management, opening and closure of new bank accounts, and coordination with banks for movement of funds and amendment of list of signatories. Specifically, you will be responsible for:


Specifically, you will responsible to:


  • preparation of Bank Reconciliations and follow-up with users for resolution of outstanding items
  • monthly closing activities including recording of interest income, bank charges, investment income
  • review of Petty Cash forms and coordination with users for establishment, amendment and closure of petty cash funds including monitoring of petty cash limits
  • preparation of Monthly Schedules
  • managing Credit card transaction including reconciliation of daily transactions
  • implementation of ECR by coordinating with User, Bank and IT.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


  • Partially qualified ACCA or CA
  • Sound knowledge of overall financial systems
  • proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
