The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, appointment scheduling, and maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales Calls: Handle incoming sales calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Closing Sales: Occasionally close sales directly on inbound calls by confidently guiding customers through the decision-making process.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads, tailoring outreach strategies based on thorough research.
- Follow-Up Communication: Reconnect with prospects to build rapport, answer preliminary questions, and nurture relationships for further engagement.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives or manage the sales process to closure as needed.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM system to track progress and ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster trust and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales roles, ideally in customer-focused industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
- Sales Proficiency: Confidence in handling sales conversations, including the ability to close sales and maintain high conversion rates.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage leads, appointments, and CRM data effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in tools like Gohighlevel, Asana, Slack, MS Excel, and CRM systems to streamline workflows.
