Pavago is looking for an energetic Account Executive to join our client's team. In this role, you will contact new leads, handle incoming calls from prospective clients, and follow up with clients who have received quotes. Your responsibilities will also include managing shipment inventories, preparing detailed price quotes, and promoting our services effectively. Responsibilities:
- Sales Responsibilities: Take inbound sales calls and engage with potential customers. Conduct outbound sales efforts through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Close sales and finalize customer agreements.
- Lead Management: Contact new leads provided daily and handle incoming calls from prospective clients.
- Client Follow-Up: Follow up with clients who have received quotes to discuss services and close sales.
- Inventory Management: Enter shipment inventories into our system and assist in coordinating logistics for international moves.
- Quote Preparation: Assist in preparing detailed price quotes to effectively promote our services to potential clients.
- Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
Sales Tracking: Use PipeDrive CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress. - Knowledge of International Relocation Processes: Utilize your understanding of international relocation logistics, including customs regulations and documentation, to provide accurate and efficient solutions to clients.
- Results-Driven and Target Achievement: Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets by closing deals and effectively promoting our services, with a focus on measurable outcomes and revenue growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or telephone sales is required. A background in logistics or moving services is a must.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in PipeDrive CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Office Suite. Experience entering data and managing client information in CRM systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong, clear accent and fluency in English. Ability to speak professionally and persuasively with clients.
