VAC00688-Strategic Account Manager- ICT SalesBusiness & Wholesaleplace Muscat, Oman Short descriptionOoredoo Oman Family MemberAs the Strategic Account Manager- ICT Sales you will be responsible for managing ICT sales projects to achieve long-term success, which lead to achieve the section’s KPIs &Target, developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs, generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.Core ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible of the following: Achieve agreed financial targets by maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned Strategic/Key Accounts. Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel related to projects assigned (Internally & Externally) Deliver the agreed KPIs for all projects assigned. Achieve IoT, ICT and Cloud AOP Revenue Plan and compile input for the activity plans and develop the Company’s existing offer and solutions portfolio. Develop and Improve the Company’s pipeline by visiting existing customer and identify new potential customers. Prepare and update quarterly Reach Activity Plans. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Gather a clear understanding of customer ICT requirements Manage ICT projects via strong engagement with customer for the success of projects. Builds strategic relationships with major customers, Partner and Internal Stakeholders Drives alignment within the whole organization is a central, pivotal point of activity Delivers value to customers through leading Value added Projects. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in relevant customer accounts. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet department performance objectives and customers’ expectations. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives Proactively leads a joint company-strategic Projects planning Process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customers’ needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Coordinate internal resources and third parties’ vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationThe PersonYou should have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in ICT Sales, customer project management background in ICT domain and environment at least 3 of which should be in a supervisory role, experience from Telco or IT Services is desirable, 3 years specific commercial B2B experience within IoT, ICT is preferred, good financial background and ability of developing forecasts and business cases, MS Office proficiency, with good presentation, analysis and concept developing skills, fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic with a bachelor’s degree in business or science.Skills Required Telecommunication /ICT Knowledge Partner Management Customer orientation and analytical skills Business cases Communicating effectively Planning and Organizing Results oriented Detail and quality conscious Teamwork Customer focused Financial acumen Additional InformationFor all internal Ooredoo Oman applicants that wish to apply to this vacancy; you are required to discuss with your line manager first before applying.
