Work Experience Fresh Graduate § Assist in the planning and coordination of sustainability initiatives and events, including workshops and forums.
§ Collaborate with Directors and Managers to track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall sustainability goals.
§ Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets for sustainability projects and initiatives.
inputs and implement policies, systems and procedures for the assigned section so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices taking into account global best standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification, Experience & Knowledge & Skills
§ Degree in accounting or administration.
§ Fresh graduate, 1 or 2 years of experience in coordination is an advantage
§ Discipline in managing office tasks
§ Good computing skills and ability to work in MS office programs.
§ Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
