Particular : Knowledge and experience of standards and practices related to Project IM
strategy/planning, project Vendor data control, project data control and handover.
Knowledge of project management and engineering process and interaction with Project
Manager, Service Manager, Project Engineers, Discipline engineers.
Knowledge and experience of common document and data management tools (such as
EDMS, Engineering Data Warehouse, etc.)
Knowledge and experience of typical interaction with sub-contractors and suppliers on
document & data flow to manage vendor data on the large and mega projects.
Communication Skills : Strong presentation, negotiation and written communication skills. Strong leadership capability.
Personal Good inter Personnel & communication skills and an extrovert. Well Organised with excellent IT Skills including MS Office, Electronic Document management system , ACONEX , SAP, Reporting tools
Experience : 18+ Experience with Minimum of 5 years of experience in Projects (Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals etc.,) with more than 5 years’ experience in Vendor Data Management Specialist domain.
