Good understanding & competent of executing all fine dining basic kitchen methods.
Executing knife skills in a confident, accurate & timely manner.
Good understanding of the kitchen hierarchy and how a professional kitchen operates.
Good listener and able to follow directions well.
Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
Able to make decisions that affect their own work, or the customers experience in a positive manner.
Organized in the duties.
Have good time management skills.
Able to work as part of a team and contribute ideas where necessary.
Moves quickly completing each task.
Proactive.
Culinary diploma is mandatory.
Good presentation.
Have experience & exposure to multi-national cuisines.
Fluent English language.
One to two years’ experience in a multi-national kitchen atmosphere (Desired)
Five years minimum restaurant / hotel experience, 5* star establishment.
Three years minimum experience in Ala carte dining cuisine.
