Operate and support the full life cycle of
recruiting till on-boarding the fit candidate.
Follow up with hiring managers in drafting job
descriptions and technical qualifications, job requirements, preparing
advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, and sourcing
candidates.
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
to hiring managers.
Administer and maintain employee files & recuirtment
document records in order to process the payroll efficiently and in line with
labour laws.
Customized with hiring managers technical and
behavioral interview guides, with a focus on core and functional job
competencies.
Deliver prompt follow-up and feedback to
candidates in the interview process.
Track both internal and external recruitment
plans for all positions within the organisation including managing attraction
campaigns, candidate sourcing and short-listing, administering psychometric and
skill testing and behavioural interviewing in order to ensure that SOHAR
attracts, recruits and retains top talent from the market.
Track and manage the internship programs
opportunitis for all departments.
Assist in the development and drafting of SOHAR manpower
plan in coordination with line managers to ensure that they have the resources
they need to meet their goals and objectives
Manage and provide SOHAR workforce requirements
and ensure recruiting quality candidates in a cost efficient and timely manner.
Gather information from hiring managers in order
to gain an understanding of what their future recruitment requirements are and
ensure that these are delivered against.
Seek out and implement recruitment best
practices and share ideas and information to ensure the department continues to
provide a robust value adding service.
Prepare recruitment advertisements and
coordinate with communication team for the placement and timing of
advertisements in order to ensure SOHAR target candidate audience is reached.
Undertake the preparation of employment offers
for potential hires ensuring that the information provided is correct and is
submitted to the candidate in a timely manner.
Contribute to the identification of
opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices
taking into account leading practices, improvement of processes and
productivity improvement.
Enure confidnetialty in all aspects of hiring
candidates and selection and to be compliance with defined policies and
guidelines.
Carry out any other activities as and when
required by the line manager.

Build, maintain, and enhance
harmonious relations, ensuring all employee grievances; and issues are resolved
effectively and thereby fostering an effective employer–employee relationship.
