Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to ensure outbound, inbound & clearance operational activity as committed to the customer and the sales team.
What you will do:
• Plan local outbound deliveries to the capital area through OMASCO fleet trucks and transport companies to showrooms, mass merchandiser outlets & customers
• Ensure optimum utilization of delivery vehicle space, manpower, consolidation of deliveries while route planning to control the transport cost
• Checking goods and issuing items as per sales requirement
• Stacking of goods & optimum space utilization in the warehouse
• Generating invoice and execute timely deliveries & filing the delivery documents of customer deliveries
• Forwarding acknowledged documents to finance and various agencies like CED
• Ensure proper picking of the goods and arrange for dispatches according to the delivery documents, to check and unload goods received at warehouse
• Customs clearance, visiting shipping agent, updating Bayan, cargo, sea & airport inspection for Muscat area depending on business requirement
• Office work co-ordination and preparing reports (export claim, in transit, financial settlement, bank card details, Bayan online updating, GSO online, and all documentation pertaining to clearance)
• Prepare any clearance related task based on requirement
• Clear online payments and online urgent permit submission
• Support staff for other locations (Rumais and Bowshar)

About the team:
In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment reporting directly to the Warehouse and Clearance Manager.
