A Marketing and Communication Director plays a crucial role in shaping and managing a company’s public image and marketing strategies.


Key Deliverables:


  • Develop and Implement Marketing & Communications Strategies: Create and execute effective communication strategies to build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee the marketing communications budget and ensure program milestones are met.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and manage the marketing and communications team and their daily activities.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials and branding strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to track the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Public Relations: Coordinate public relations activities, including media relations and influencer partnerships and managing PR agency
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all company communications and marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Digital Presence: Plan and manage content for the company’s online platforms and print publications.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional media, to reach target audiences.
  • Additional Responsibilities: MSX: Develop and execute market strategies to enhance the company's competitive position.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community leaders.

Job Profile:


Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:


  • 8+ years of experience in relatedindustries.
  • Proven experience in managing Marketing & Communications strategies and campaigns, as well as leading a team of communications professionals.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, crisis communications experience, and the ability to create and execute effective media plans.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Public Relations: Expertise in managing public relations activities and building relationships with media and influencers.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Brand Management: Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Crisis Management: Skills to handle and mitigate communication crises effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Creativity: Creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns and communication strategies.

Business Understanding:


  • Understanding the cable manufacturing industry.
  • Good understanding of the customer service support activities and corporate branding.
  • Understanding the competitive products in the markets.
  • Arabic speaking and writing are a plus.
